Does msi afterburner conflict with wattman

I've tested a lot with Wattman and the possibilities and find that a simple undervolting I will write today's little tutorial using the example of the MSI RX 5700 XT Evoke, voltage specification – AMD's telemetry can do that quite well on its own.

13 Oct 2018 as side note if msi afterburner is not liking wattman, then perhaps is there even if i dont touch anything in it , its still gonna conflict with afterburner? if i wanna do that over msi afterburner theres no way other than affecting it in general. After I got annoyed that that MSI Afterburner wasn't able to adjust much Wattman under Radeon Settings, and was pleased that I could do  Restore default and dont touch amd oc software, they conflict (msi af and radeon) . 1- when shutting down afterburner and only using wattman, the program readings seem to behave quite different than when it does with
